The mobile meter-reading receiver (MOP-I) is a device for automatic (Walk By, Drive By) data acquisition from the Smart Metering Grid Device (SMG Device), for diagnostics and configuration of the SMG Device, and for data download from the internal memory. It operates in the unlicensed 868 MHz band. The SMG Mobile app (available for Android devices) connects to it via Bluetooth v4.0.
