Indian Ocean Connect is part of Sigfox Network Operators (SNO) program. The company have its broadcast exclusivity over Indian Ocean (Reunion and Mayotte). In that, IO Connect is the only company licensed to deploy Sigfox low-bandwidth and low-power network across the entire area.
