On the hardware side, one can easily add new sensors to the out-of-the-box functionality - the device comes out-of-the-box with an internal temperature sensor, a 3D accelerometer, BLE and a wi-fi transceiver. On the firmware side, we have just finished development of a new version that enables you to have a grip on the device configuration you need, in order to make your use case a reality - one of the most useful is the ability to log the geo-location and sensor data, to then offload it through Sigfox, BLE or Wi-Fi.
Our geolocation services are based solely on wi-sniffing, although for some use cases we can easily add a GPS to the device. Everything is managed on the LOKA Cloud, including non-LOKA devices, so your company doesn't have to manage more than one IoT plaform.
