With this device, you will reach maximization of your space. It uploads the empty spaces in the office, so you can reserve them beforehand and ensure you are going to enjoy your preferred place. This enhances productivity and work time, specially in companies that offer to work both, from the office and remote (teleworking). 

Besides, it ensures that the reserved spots are being used through our sensors, in case there are empty, they will be declared free and someone else could reserve it, ensuring an effective use of office facilities

 With this device you will be able to manage visits for meetings, know the available spaces, assess the occupation of different spaces in relation to people and time used, reserve a work space, identification of the workplace with the most concurrence, maximize the use of your facilities, all these avoiding uncertainty.

 It can be anonymous or with employee identification, with automatic identification by beacon or by reading card.  

 A PIR sensor and microwave rays would be used. RFID detects available work place. The information is shown via IBM Bluemix platform so every employee could choose where can better work and the company gets better information about its facilities utilization.
