PowerFox is a wireless & autonomous power monitor that measures in real time power on/off. Additionally it is equipped with an ambient and a highly accurate non-contact object temperature sensor on board. It is perfect for monitoring server rooms, Telecoms equipment and overheating equipment. PowerFox is plugged in via a Micro USB cable, which charges the rechargeable battery. The data is collected in real time and are available using API towards various IoT Platforms, which provides the alerts. The installation and move into service are very easy, in just a few minutes - simply plug into a USB power source. The Device sends (via Sigfox) a message about the ambient and object temperature every 1 Hour to every 12 Hours (configurable) and sends an immediate alert in the case of lost power.
PowerFox comes with an optional comprehensive platform, which will provide email alerts on detecting a loss of power and when power has been restored.
