SiWa

SiWa  is a generally applicable flood detector, primarily for dwellings, but  it is also suitable for industrial and agricultural areas. Besides  detecting the level of water on the floor, it monitors precisely its  horizontal position and also the temperature limit in case of a risk of  freezing, for example in the case of warehouses.
Behavior is built on a system of extraordinary events reporting to a superior portal. If  nothing extraordinary happens, the sensor sends twice a day a  heartbeat, indicating that the sensor is properly communicating, plus  the status of the battery.
The SiWa sensor has  all the events described in payload and can be connected to any user but  the preferred portal is TEO from T-Mobile Czech Republic. One  of the images shows an overview of the events on the page where the  user can choose the appropriate notification, from automatic voice  calls, via SMS to email.
