Smilio Action « 3 Smileys » is a satisfaction terminal composed of three connected buttons which allow to interact in real-time with customers in order to know their satisfaction level.   In case of dissatisfaction or malfunction, an alert can be sent by SMS in order to trigger, for example, the intervention of a technician. Thanks to an integrated badging system, Smilio Action is able to time-and-date staff interventions (Proof of Presence).  

 Its design and features allow its integration in a wide range of use cases:  

  • Collection of customer feedback “on the spot”, evaluation of clients/employees’ satisfaction 
  • Alerts, reports (dysfunctions, dissatisfaction, security, etc.)
  • Triggering of any type of actions (on-demand services)
  • Clocking after intervention, proof of presence
